Suspense Bridges

Today for some reason my parents wanted to go to the suspension bridges (huge bridges, super high up that move when you walk on them). It's terrifying. So we went.

We started up the trail and came to the first bridge. It wasn't bad.  It progressively got worse. When we arrived at the highest bridge, I just about had a heart attack. I just didn't look down.  Then a frickin' elephant charged down the bridge and freaked me out. In other words, some fat tourists started tilting the bridge. I tried to move on but my mom and sister were blocking the bridge taking photos.

At one point we saw snakes.  One was a baby and one was a boa. The big one almost attacked Maeve and my dad freaked out. Later, we saw monkeys.  They were babies. One almost fell hanging from his neck. I thought I'd see more wildlife.

Another day in paradise.

My Horsie

One day we went horseback riding in Costa Rica. I didn't want to go because I thought I'd get hurt. The guide showed us how to ride. It was freaky. I didn't want to hurt the horse.

Then we went on the trail. It was muddy. We were on the trail when my horse farted in Maeve's face. Everyone laughed.  We started going uphill. The guide started galloping. So did we.  We were going so fast.  We bounced up and down.  My privates got smushed. When we were at the top it started pouring. The rain felt like bullets. I was drenched.  Maeve got so soaked her shirt was see through.

Then we headed back toward the stables.  We started galloping and left the guide behind. Then we stopped to wait, but of course we can't go anywhere without something happening to me. I started to clean the rain off my glasses and let go of the reigns. My horse took off full speed. He would not stop.  I yelled.  It was nerve wrecking. I was holding on by the saddle. I was scared.

Finally the guide caught up. He stopped my horse. My mom was surprised I didn't fall. That was the most dangerous thing I've ever done.
